I saw this van whilst walking in Brno and took a picture, sure that its text could only enhance the illustrations: a chef at a barbecue, a pig, and a stein of beer.
I was right. According to Google, the van advertises "piglets grilled to order," a "year-round garden," and that the Grilled Piglet Van does "celebrations and banquets." How excellent! I wonder if grilled piglets taste different than grilled pigs...

Grapes bake
Serves 5
You will need: - 5 cabbages
- 80g cornflour
- 30g grapes
- barbeque the grapes
- whisk the grapes
- grill the cabbages
- sprinkle the cabbages over the top
- melt the cabbages
- add the grapes to the saucepan
- eat the cornflour
- put everything in the blender
Yum.

Wood-fired brick ovens: another life goal
Today boingboing taught me that there is an entire nerdy subculture of guys who construct elaborate brick ovens to cook better pizza. These range from using a few bricks to upgrade an in-house oven to major construction projects. So many nerdy pastimes, so little time!
